In order to insure your spot at camp, a deposit must be received by the Feb. 7th troop meeting. A deposit of $150 will be due for all scouts. A deposit of $75 will be due for scouters (adults) attending Camp Ottari and $150 for scouters attending either Mountain Man, Claytor Lake, or New River Adventure. Final payment will be due by March 31st. New scouts and scouters coming into the troop will need to pay the full amount of camp at the time they reserve their spot.

Cancellations after March 30th are considered non-refundable and you will be responsible for the entire camp fee unless you find a scout that is not already registered for camp to take your slot. In cases of death of an immediate family member, sickness and injury, or military transfer, all camp fees will be refunded less $100.

Once you have selected which camp you would like to attend please fill out a deposit form and bring to a troop meeting or mail to Ms. Nievin or Ms. Lang.
